As much as I'd like to help any guy with Dante as his avatar, it's tough if you insist on paying it out monthly. As the others have said, Dell is probably your best bet, but that's still a waste.
Wait on it. Save your money, then build it yourself. It's really not nearly as hard as it sounds. If you know how to use a screwdriver, you can put together a computer.
