Indeed ! There will probably be "Quest Equipment" like in the majority of all those MMO.
And probably common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare, mythical and legendary items too.

Let's hope the high end content will provide nice quests and valuable items not like WOW where nice stuff is much more "lootable" than "questable".
