amen there was a 20/20 thing about companies that made lots of money or the owers that did...anyways one of the people they did it on owned costco and he believes in paying his employees alot more then most competing bussnesses do. They discussed how walstreet wasn't the happess with this style, becuase of profit margins etc. He basicly said employee will be happy and such if you pay them more (duh) an a happy employee would provide better customer service and do a overall better job. I bring this up because the truth of the matter is soe could do a WAY better job of customer service and game design and still make millions of eq in fact one could make a very strong agruement that becuase soe didn't provide good customer service/ game delvopment eq2 lost more customer money then they saved by cutting corners and lieing about uncompleted quests.
