How do you "look forward to working with" and "won't support" at the same time?

Just being picky really, but the issue is such a hot one for many people, especially being an EQII player with the exchange servers being live now. Eventually I think SOE's answer(cant beat em, profit off em) is going to be the only one. As much as banning them all would be nice, I can't see it ever happening.
