hello all, I'm new to the community and would like to congratulate you on setting up this fine forum here. I like all that I see and I'm certain you will all do terrific. I just got signed up and was wondering if anyone can guide me on setting up the avatar image. I tried re-sizing and cropping and havn't had much luck yet. The little wizard picture above is what i'm working with, any help is appreciated.
