Raya over at Silky Venom has posted her 9th and final part of the "
From the Female Perspective" series of articles. This final article sums up all that has been learned after talking to many female gamers over the last few weeks. Hopefully it encourages more females to enter the gaming market and give us guys some competition to step up our gaming skills.
Sigil has also once again clearly stated their position on IGE owned or influenced sites. In a thread posted on the official Vanguard forums, Cindy Bowens states:

We are aware of the relationship between OGaming, IGE and VGInterface. I have spoken with all of them at various times and there is no confusion about the fact that we will not support them.
We do recognize the great work that has been done by these sites and we were looking forward to working with them. But we won't support sites that are owned, affilated with or carry advertisements for secondary sales companies. That's the decision we have made and we have been very public about it. It won't change because some of these sites are really good and we would have liked to have supported them.

It will be VERY interesting to see how the whole war on IGE pans out as Vanguard releases and the farmers move in. I sincerely hope Sigil has some effective methods for curbing their activities as just about every game I've played in the last 6 years has had its economy destroyed by a farmer of one affiliation or another.
