Is there a reason these ranger changes (shots now costing energy instead of endurance) weren't posted in the patch notes for the Test server? I can understand not wanting to start a panic (too late  ), but I *don't* understand not informing a population, small though it is, that plays on Test specifically to help with this kind of change, whether it ever makes it to live or not.

I have no idea, and I cannot find anything that indicates this change was made. I will, however, investigate it further.
