There's more than enough howling going on over at the official forums, and far too much signal:noise, so I figured I'd ask here.
Is there a reason these ranger changes (shots now costing energy instead of endurance) weren't posted in the patch notes for the Test server? I can understand not wanting to start a panic (too late
), but I *don't* understand not informing a population, small though it is, that plays on Test specifically to help with this kind of change, whether it ever makes it to live or not.
I'm pointing no fingers and making no comment on the changes themselves -- I'm merely wondering whether there was intentional lack of communication, which would change a few of my assumptions about what we're actually doing on the Test server.
