www.vanguarddreadknight.com which is a dreadknight site but might be usefull to a warrior, you are both pretty much the same setup in armour and weapons.
www.silkyvenom.com is great their wiki is very good and the forums are lively if abit charred from the flames. They have a list of Gestalts
For items, and quest drops etc vg.curse.com is a great tool to search thru.
Don't worry about your items as long as you can kill and don't die too easy, I still had a lvl 2 earing at level 31!
Also /ooc is probably the best way if your stuck, I find the majority of players are nice and helpfull.
