You'll probably have to contact SoEaccounts....I think the email addy is listed on their site. I'm pretty sure it's
SoEaccounts@soe.sony.com, but I'm not 100% sure. You could always call them, too...just understand they still don't use 800 numbers and you might be on the line a while waiting!
