I can't update my original post, so here's an update in the ever changing world of Ysharros-altLand:

Before the details - welcome to all the new faces, welcome to those who are currently passing through on the live-copy merges, and I hope some of you decide to stay. Test may be a weird little family, but it's family.
Absynth can make some houses for the test community, with a few caveats:
1. If you're just visiting, understand that I may not be willing to invest vast amounts of time and resources for a house that may never really get used. I won't build houses for live-server copies since those copies won't last more than a few days, unless we hear otherwise
2. Currently Abs can do tier 3 (sandstone, small) houses in all 3 continental styles. Working on T4. Not likely to hit t5 for a loooong time.
3. I don't charge for these constructions, though you're welcome to tip if you'd like. However, I also do not provide resources; even the smallest house takes 5 stacks of bricks, 3 stacks of wood and most of a stack of firegrass and I'm not harvesting all that myself when it comes to making house after house. I'll help on a case by case basis, meaning I use the really objective criterion of "if I like you." On the bright side, Ysh, Yv and Abs between them can make all the requisite T3 housing components.
Ysharros, sadly, doesn't have her T3 weapon upgrade recipe and thus isn't much use, currently, aside from making iron fasteners for houses. We have at least one far more qualified (and reciped) weaponsmith and a few on their way up who may get luckier.
Yvriel can make normal or upgraded armor up to T3 (level 30), though I don't provide the rares. Note that on Test people can now decon stuff by themselves -- anything levels 21-30 should provide T3 dusts, some of which may be very useful. Deconstruction is the main source of these dusts which *must* be used in crafting at this level.
