Most crafting tools -- as in the saws, needles, hammers &c used in the crafting process -- seem to be deconnable at the moment. I've seen fewer exceptions to that than not; the only one I can remember offhand was the "Blessed Drill" item you get as a reward for doing Ahgram society work orders, which may be due to the fact that it's rare and not uncommon. So far all uncommon tools I've deconned have gone through - in fact I assumed that was the intent since it was so widespread.
