I don't think it should reset like it was never used. I said it should use a different refresh timer on missing. I can accept that the devs don't want to do it, even though other MMOs (EQ1, EQ2) did a similar thing when spells were resisted...
I agree that the endurance should be spread out instead of being wasted. I suggested it in my previous post. The difference is that I think the ability should be modified so that we aren't stuck with a 40 second re-use on what I think is a critical ability. Instead, reduce the recast and amount of regen accordingly ... doesn't have to be by 1/4 ... just some kind of more reasonable timer.
I said pretty much all I can about it.
