Vengeance bug we missed in the Vent chat.
The stun portion of Vengeance never, no matter what, lasts the 3 seconds described in the tool-tip.
It lasts about 1 second, even if you hit vengeance and do not attack again.
I think this bug is relatively new because tested it when Cull was first re-introduced and it was lasting the full three seconds if you didn't break it with attacks.
