Let me voice my support (although I am repeating myself a bit) for a new regular (not a finisher) attack that deals damage based on DC, or crits more based on DC, that we could use an alternative to Vexing once we get our DC up (or blow Terror Incarnate). Next to a persistent DC (like bard dances), this seems to me to be next most important thing to improving the DK class.
