Hey

Can anyone explain, with some amount of certainty, how a melee mitigation 'rating' of 29 on an item will equate to my melee mitigation 'percentage' shown in the Defense tooltip?
Does it mean 2.9% or .29%? Does a cumulative 'rating' of 100 equal 1% mitigation? I've seen some mixed answers in regards to how this works, looking for some clarification.
