Heh, was hard to read your reply Cobalty....you quoted yourself and took me a while to figure out what was said by you and what was said by myself.
The SC/BB raise mitigation comment was a slip up, at level 50 I really do know the difference, in fact I can't believe I wrote it, must've been tired.
Good suggestion about "Form the Line", I never used it since as stated never found a use for it, I had forgotten about it when they changed commands to affect ourselves as well.
I'll use it to fill the gap when Warders Bulwark is down on really tough mobs, although it still needs a longer timer, maybe 15 seconds.
