My biggest fear with the SoE take over is that the game will get constantly slapped with the Easy Button.
But I guess at this point I'd trade that to actually feel listened to.
This site is an affiliate site, so why have we only ever had one post from Avair?
I myself am a customer relations manager. I understand the stress and frustration of constant complaining. But if I just ignored every email and voice mail I got from customers, not only would I get fired but the company's reputation that I work for would drop into the toilet.
Brad had mentioned about viral advertising for this game. Well it's a rule of thumb that when you don't listen to complaints and give bad customer service after the sale then the people you've burned will tell 10 times more people not to buy your product or service then those that you have pleased.
