Scourge - Breaks mez even when there is an unmezzed mob attacking your defensive target.
Typical scenario:
Group is fighting 3 mobs (usually because a roamer has added). I am tanking one mob, psionist has mezzed a second mob and is working on the third. The other two mobs are aggro on either the cleric (because of a heal) or the psi (because of CC aggro), so I use Scourge on them to buy a little time for the psi to finish his work. However, instead of intercepting an attack as the tooltip states, Scourge actually just picks the first mob it sees with aggro on my defensive target, meaning there is a 50% chance I will break the mez and make matters worse.
Slay - Not really a top 5 by itself, but hoping it can be addressed while the Immune issue is being fixed since Slay was changed: this skill doesn't put any kind of damage message in the combat log for successful attempts (except for critical damage if it crits). Misses are recorded in the combat log.
