re-read this post when you hit level 25 I think, is when you get DC3, which is your 1st truly powerful level of DC.
DC is THE best debuff in the game. No questions about it. DC5 is unreal, albeit it is not easy to get to it in regular combat, unless you use your class skill of course.
But in any raid... DC is what guarantees at least 1 DRK a spot.
