Yeah, it's pretty crap.
Not only it's used outside combat and from behind -it lasts for 1 hit!
So, if I want it as an opener, it's useless coz the next hit will brake it.
If I don't use it as an opener, what use is it? To make fun of ppl trading NPCs?
It'll do more bad than good.
Also, what's the use of Incite when we have Wrack? Did anyone measured the diference? Seems a waste of a skillslot.
There's also something that has me confused...
I got a skill where I basically deal 50% mellee dmg to ALL oponents in front of me and returns 25% of total dmg to me as heal.
I don't remember the name or the exact numbers to be honest, cause I've been reading skill-list for the past half hour and messed me.
As soon as my update finishes, I'll be able to name it properly.
Anyway -I don't see it listed on the official skill-set.
It's an under-lvl19 skill and I have it prior Patch1.
Anyone knows what I speak of and why it isn't listed?
And to close it, is this correct?

If so, what am I missing? Who'd use it? 1 dmg? 1%??!!
I can get that "chance to block" raise by a mere +8 DEX by an item :?
