The tooltip states that with maximum skill in 2hs that I have a 95% chance of dealing damage to an equal level mob.
That doesn't leave much room for it to get better.
I was hoping to get a bonus to hit chance on higher level mobs. If that's not the case then I don't see much benefit to it.
