Despoil well every buff strip ability is broke for the most part. Not all the coding was implimented on every mob so the ability can only strip from certain mobs that have the appropriate coding for it. This was one thing I guess got put on the back burner from beta and never got revitalized.
Fear is comming for PvP I do not know when I have no ETA and I have stated this multiple times.
I was unaware of the Orc problem I will pass it along to have it looked into.
