I did a truck load of missives in renton keep. Gathered up 10 of them and turned in. I did this probably 4 times. 1 time was a server first discovery on a 2h sword with 21dps. Second was a nice pair of arms armor with 115 AC and some hps and str. Also got a very nice bracer out of it as well. Recommend anyone coming up lvl 17-21 to hit up renton keep in Thestra. Good stuff there.
