Believe me I feel the pain I have gained a few heroic level 21 + items over the past few days and when they break ,,, ouch I pay out over a silver an item.. I do not even have a gold to my name.
I will re-engage, be adviased my contact at Sigil is Avair of which he does not work on item durability, though he will pass word on.
along the same lines, Avair plays a Dread Knight.. He does want to fix all the broke things as it is not only effecting the community it is effecting his play as well.
I realy think they are undermanned on Class Developers.
