Goto Three Rivers and grab the missives for Game Hunters and Clan Bears.
There's load of them and their only 2 dots just to the south of Three Rivers.
Faction requirements are only like 250 now I believe after the latest patch.
Make sure to keep re-grabbing those missives from Three Rivers because once you get 10 of them you can head over to the Bed & Breakfast and turn them in for a decent Uncommon Item. I had some leggings from there which I used from about level 14 when I got them and only upgraded last night at level 22.
