I'm level 24 at the moment, and this is what works for me:
1. Let bard lull any adds, get CC ready incase of resist.
2. Dark Ward on if it's up, pull with Devour Strength and stick Torture on.
3. Immediately hit Malice - Vexing - Provoke.
4. Hit Vexing/SS-Harrow in between auto-attacks/endurance ticks. Malice, Torture and Provoke as soon as their timers are up.
If I have multiple adds, I will try and Torture each one, dividing about 60% of my attention on the target being DPSed, and occasionally hitting the other target(s).
The only time this doesn't work is if the mobs or my party has 2+ levels on me. Then it's an upward struggle.
