So, I assume this skill up enables me to see what the mobs target is easier. I noticed as the ability skilled up, less mobs had ???? as their targets. If this skill truly does enable us to see our mobs target better, then how would that affect placement of points into Int which does the same thing?

Also, the beta gear at level 35 had +TR on it. Like Tactical Recognition +35 for example. So with the skill ups and good gear, would that make points spent in Int and Wis wasted? I know that there are some benefits to Int and Wis beyond seeing a mobs target, but I think most tanks are working under the impression that the biggest benefit is knowing who your mobs attacking.
