When you use this when Provoke is up, it casts provoke, and then casts Vexing Strike, getting that first taunt off and start building DC. Whenever Provoke is not up, it just casts Vexing Strike. I did this to consolidate buttons. So far it works pretty well.
I believe this only works because Provoke doesn't set off the same timer that VS does, allowing both to be case right after the other. If you switch the order around, however (VS before Provoke), then VS will set off the global and Provoke will not be cast-able.

Heh, be ready for them to nerf that if this gets out. I would guess that is not intended.

Save Sorcerer's Rear
/targetdefensive "Sorcerer's Name"
/cast "Scourge I"
I may be wrong about the /targetdefensive command.

At the end of my first post, there is an easier way to do this. Instead of typing names you can do:
/targetgroupmember #, where #1 is you.
