So using a 1H + shield? Incite may do more. Using a 2H, Wrack should always do more. The hate increase on Incite is huge...and it's fine that it's a finisher.
HOWEVER...I slam things around in DC3, and I am supposed to have a 9% increased crit chance. Yeah...uhh...I don't think so. Once they fix it so we actually do have higher crit rates, then it will be great.

/agreed as things are now we crit much less than other classes it seems, our DC does nothing to boost crit chance and honestly incite should proc either before or after wrack all the time. It used to in beta and was wonderful or agro control. either a bug or just another lame attempt to dummy down DK.
