K I read the replys. I didnt say that the skill was balanced or unbalanced given its pros and cons. What I did say was, this attack, with its low refresh, low end cost, and high chain start capability means, it is used over pretty much any other skill. Sure you can use devistating blow to root the mob. Can even use shield bash and kick to interrupt casters. But in general you are using leap attack 10/1 over any other skill just because of its chain abilities and this causes other skills to be used, never.
1 attack that makes 2 other dmg abilities and all of thier upgrades subpar even at lvl 50, is broken. Thats not to say i dont want to keep the ability. Just saying it cant be intended as is.
