Wrack and Incite are very different in damage.

Incite is straight damage, while Wrack is % based on weapon.

So using a 1H + shield? Incite may do more. Using a 2H, Wrack should always do more. The hate increase on Incite is huge...and it's fine that it's a finisher.

HOWEVER...I slam things around in DC3, and I am supposed to have a 9% increased crit chance. Yeah...uhh...I don't think so. Once they fix it so we actually do have higher crit rates, then it will be great.
