INCITE LINE IS A FINISHER?!?! WTF!
are they nucking futs?!?
I was honestly expecting Incite to be a straight up push button taunt ability at the cost of whatever.... now it turns out that I have to chose between Wrack and Insight... well, whats the god damn difference? Wrack does 250 dmg or so AND has a chance to crit for 300-400, when Incite does 100dmg and 150 hate making it 250 hate....
What is it with Sigil and giving parallel abilities.
