Ok, seriously on the per-level cap issue:
Are there any non-humans who have been able to put in 4 full points in a single level into an attribute that their race gets a bonus for?
Just to verify that I wasn't imagining things, I stripped all of my equipment.
40 - Dreadknight
3 - Vulmane Racial
3 - Everybody-Gets for 10, 11, and 12
9 - 3 discretionary points at levels 10, 11, and 12.
= 55
Which is what my character sheet reads.
If I am in fact bugged, I'd kind of like to know about it now. Can anyone else absolutely and positively guarantee that they have put 4 points into a racial strong suit?
