  Still getting the spell miss messages without any text over a mob. The mob just kinda stands there and then eventually comes running.
  
  Torture (as seen above), Snare, Fear are all doing a full cycle if they are resisted or miss the target.
  
  They need to either rescale our hate or put us back to where we were 3-4 patches ago. The recast on Malice is too long. Make it 6 seconds like it was intended and it will be right.
  
  Sometimes Shadow Step casts and it doesn't seem to do the Harrow afterwards. No miss message or anything. Kinda rare, but I've seen it 4-5 times.
