What you're asking for is either:
1. Make jump not as annoying.
My belief > If it weren't as annoying, they would then lower the crit chance.
2. Give another skill the high crit chance.
My belief > This is unlikely, because jump has a high crit rate because it IS annoying.
Everyone is welcome to their opinion. Mine is, I would rather deal with it then lose the high crit rate. Your opinion is to get if changed, that's fine as long as we're not nerfed as a result.
