The only reason we parsed so high on DPS was because during the last week of beta they retooled how abilities with +% weapon damage work. It made Malice a powerhouse of an ability with no re-cast on it. They tried to remedy it with a sledgehammer approach by giving Malice a 14 second timer (saying it was 6 seconds in the notes) and upping WOD to 15 mintues.

The agro is definitely screwed up, there is no question of it. I for one think it is mostly due to our severely reduced DPS and the fact that Torture ramps up hate for the same amount of hate that other tanks can generate instantly. Torture either needs to deliver its hate instantly or have each tick increased. That or a major increase to Provoke.

As for DC, it is a little gimped at DC1 and DC2 but starting at DC3 it starts to show its true colors. At 15 we get DC3 and it starts to add a -5% damage debuff to the mobs and a +5% damage buff to our group. That is very significant and it only gets better from there. DC is fine as it is, and as we increase in level, it increases exponentially. We get more and more abilities that increase our DC and even 1 ability that maxes it in a single stroke. It is on a 20min timer last I knew which makes it a boss/raid ability so we are at max efficiency at the start of the fight.
