the Malice at the end of the beta WAS bugged, but it was because of the fact that they nearly TRIPLED the flanking bonus on it.

I went from hitting for 200 with malice to 500 with it, however as it is now, All we can really do it spam Vexing with the end we get (cd on harrow seems longer, as well).

As far as I can tell, it seems like they took the easy way out: just add a bunch of cooldowns (that are FAR too long. look at the other classes 'special abilities' all on 5 minute timers, blade of summer still 10second cd, etc)

It does look like the damage of cull was increased, based on the tooltip though.

and is anyone else's Symbol of Suffering still hitting for 11 in ebon blade and 8 in armor of darkness like always?

Honestly, in the lower levels a harmonious monk can tank better and hold aggro better with these bandaids that were attached to 'fix' the class.

edit: 6 second or MAYBE 10 second cooldown on malice, and 10 second cooldown on harrow should be the max. We already have one of the more 'meh' status effects, but we cant even exploit weaknesses well because of the insanely long cooldowns.
