Matuse:

You can always mouse over the icon for Torture on the mob and see the damage done.

Nite:

They always raise DC. Vex just raises it a lot more than Malice, especially when Vex crits.

Everything else:

I used to think we should get DC5 at level 1, and then when I started messing around more and more in beta you could see that we would be horrendously overpowered at lower levels if that happened.

We already were nerfed once in the last week because they parsed we were out DPSing all other classes. Would you like to be nerfed some more, but given DC5? (Although, I am still fully unconvinced we are out DPSing people. Equal level offensive melee can pull aggro off me if it is just one on one damage output, which I could only guess means they are doing more damage.)

The other issue is that even at a beta buffed level 35, if I was soloing mobs around my level I would sometimes not reach DC4. It took me about as long to solo 2 dot mobs as it did for a decent group to kill 4 dots.

Realistically, the fact that it does take a lot longer to reach anything above DC3 is a good reason not to give us DC until we reach a certain level. We would probably never get there anyway.
