One thing you should test is spells with DC.
Over 5 fights with even-con, mid-range resilient mobs:
DC0 : torture ticks for 40-something
DC1: 50-60
DC2: 70-upwards of 95
Also, Word of Doom goes from mid 500, to around 680 from DC0 - DC2. And that is when casting it on even con 3-dot. (I don't generally waste our 15 friggin min cooldown WoD on a 2-dot
)
