I don't think a killer PC makes the difference. You just need to know when to turn the eye candy off and do your job =D
And I agree 100% with the situational awareness. EVERYTHING you do is dependent on what is happening in the encounter. Tactics can change instantly when the encounter does.
Tanking in this game reminds me alot of old EQ. And that's a Good Thing.
