Well played a while today and was just getting a sense of how DC was working now that we are pre-live and it seems its a waste to even think about DC and the bonuses it is to give us.

Not once while it was raised did I see an increase in the percentage occurrence from anything it has to offer.

The occurrence of crits is so low, it makes having a chain system a waste at this point.

This needs to be looked at but sadly wont as they have so many things wrong with this game and we are sadly only what three days away from live.
