leap Attack

I posted some about this ability on beta forums but gonna say this again.

If any dev reads this..

This ability is recieved at lvl 12. It is an attack that "jumps" the character from 0 to 10 meters unless it is controlled by the player. The controll of it basically means, we hit this, start backing up and 2 secs later we spring forward and if timed right we land on the mob. Not a bad attack per se if it is used when a mob is fleeing. The problem begins, that this attack has a very high chance to crit and/or start a chain. On live im roughly 75%. At roughly lvl 12 mobs power vs a players starts to widen on 2 dots and most if not all warriors will use this to both maximize dps and because its very little end cost, maximize end also.

Now that doesnt sound too bad does it? The fact is, you got a lvl 12 skill that will be used the entire warriors career over any other skill. Not only that but the jumping around over and over just so you can be on par with mobs dps wise, is just plain unimmersive to me. I feel like a plate wearing monkey in the world at present.

Do I have to use it? No. But then again I wouldnt be maximizing my DPS with the abilities given me.

Suggestions: Put the added chance to crit and/or chain starter chance on another skill, like rend armor or even our dot. No one uses those skills now because in the game world thier benefit, doesnt really make up for thier cost. Id love to see it on rend armor myself. It plain makes sense to open up a criticle hit after rending an apponents armor.

As it is now, i feel foolish and have even been asked why im jumping over and over in groups. Not only does this skill make me feel stupid, It makes other people look at you like your stupid.
