Change to Malice

With the launch of pre-order, there's been a change to the class.

Malice is now on a 6 second cooldown.

I'm not sure what the intention here was, but it's definitely affected gameplay. Where you could lead off with this fairly heavy hitting attack and generate agro against you, you can't really afford to do that any more. With the cooldown, in a system where damage = hate/agro/threat, it feels like we've just been kicked. So now our only attack to possibly generate any kind of chain is now the weak Vexing Strike.

I'm sure anyone who played a Dread Knight in the past remembers the problems we had generating agro and holding onto a mob. Well, it feels like we've been pushed back to that once more. With this particular class, where we have to build agro unlike warriors and paladins who's snap agro capability far outshines ours, we're left lagging again.

I'm not certain why this change took place or the intention behind it. But when I only have Autoattack and Vexing Strike to use freely as a method of holding onto a mob, it seems like we've been hamstrung. Now, consider that we protection fighters are the ones who do NOT have any method of increasing our crit chance through items (at least I haven't found any), we're going to be left running after mobs and praying our rescues are never resisted.
