Now, in addition to getting +3 dex, halfling warriors get a racial taunt, which greatly and instantaneously increases the hate of the mob to you, and doubles the hate generated by all of your attacks for the next 30 seconds.

That sounds like a taunt warriors should have as a class skill, not a racial skill. But I was planning on making a halfling warrior anyway, mainly for RP reasons, so Im pretty happy with it.

It appears that Sigil really wants to see some halfling warriors at launch and changed the racials to make the race more attractive.
