.The same statement also says that warriors WILL have dps that will provide a significant contribution to the group when they aren't tanking. This isn't like WoW where your talents generally pigeonhole you into dps or tanking, you will be able to do both at the same time. If a paladin or DK takes over the tanking role from you for a particular encounter, you will still be wanted for your damage output and as an emergency tank.

First I would like to thank you for an intelligent post 8)

I would just like to say that in small groups you will only need one tank normally (not saying you can't have two tanks).

If a warrior’s main secondary group attribute is damage then it has to be enough to make it worth while for a group to take a warrior.

I just don’t want all the tank classes to be blurred like they did in EQ2 where half the Guardians left the game because they lost their identity.

Believe you me I want to believe the vision statement of Saga of Heroes and Brad

But I have seen to many visions head down the tube once the classes start bitching and as a whole warriors are a passive lot and often get left behind.

I am crossing my fingers that Brad’s vision holds and every class will have flavor.
