I believe that's correct Hyatt. Most DKs out there wanted two separate abilities, and so I believe they will be giving us: "Daemonic Speed" and "shadowy Veil" separate.
I have to see the energy crisis for myself during the 3-day headstart to understand if it's truly terrible. What will really take the cake for me, is not being able to debuff the strength of 3 or 4 mobs at once, lol...if we're relegated to one or two spells before our mana is depleted...then they really screwed up, and we will see it change.
