Yeah, so at lvl 46, our Provoke is a straight 110 hate.
If you toss 120 INT into your character...the Provoke is a straight 140 hate.
I mean, it's not a HUGE difference, but it is definitely noticeable. And Torture gains a ton in effectiveness...as does Word of Doom...bigtime upgrades for Doom.
I found that Doom scales upward, while no matter how much int buffs I got - Torture was +2 dmg/int.
so a random necro buffed me for +19 int.
Torture went up by 38.
Doom went up by 52.
It made me boggle at the implications of a scaling Doom skill.
