A difference of 4 points in any stat will make only a small difference in numbers. But at max level, there will be a bit of difference. I still think that the dynamic stat allocation is meant as a way to augment your preferred playstyle. At max level you will be relying largely on equipment to outline the role you will be playing in groups, because the stats our equipment gives in total will perhaps even outnumber the levelled stats.
I will also go for the INT, STR, DEX stats, but as the game won't be out of beta at release, we can expect additional changes. I will need a good shield, of course, as DEX now goes into chance to block (for additional mitigation).
