Also, think of an INT specialized DK. Doing inordinate amounts of damage with their spiritual spells. Tooltip says upwards of 22-2500 damage...who knows how accurate that would be? Then there's the one that wipes DC clear and deals that much as well.
In an emergency situation - I see the Orc having no problem healing himself full.
